Enterprise Statement of Work (SOW)

Scope

Enterprise builds on the Elite app catalog (all utility + industry apps) with up to 100 users, plus customer-specific:

• Custom workflows (orchestration beyond standard Workflow Builder)
• Integrations to third-party systems (e.g. Zillow, Realtor feeds, insurance carrier APIs, CRM)

Delivery model

• Delivered on the shared multi-tenant platform with tenant isolation — not a separate codebase handoff
• Separate regional environments (e.g. India, UAE, Canada) only when required for residency or operations
• EZ4Youtech owns all custom modules; customer receives licensed use within their tenant

Pricing (indicative)

• Platform fee: custom monthly/yearly (often from $399/mo baseline)
• Custom development: from $1,499 per workflow or integration (one-time), scoped in SOW
• Maintenance: optional monthly retainer per integration (API changes, monitoring)

Acceptance & support

Milestones, UAT, and SLA tiers are defined per SOW. Standard platform updates apply to shared infrastructure; integration-specific maintenance is billed per retainer or time & materials.
