Agents upload PDFs, paste text, or use guided forms inside the platform. Files are stored in your tenant’s private space — not mixed with other clients.
EZ4Youtech workspace
Industry and utility apps run in a shared, secure shell. Your plan decides which apps and how many agent seats are active.
Your AI provider
When an app needs intelligence, the platform uses your encrypted API keys. EZ4Youtech does not resell tokens or keep copies of your keys in logs.
Four steps from signup to daily use
- Workspace setup — EZ4Youtech provisions your company tenant: industry, plan (Basic, Standard, Elite, or Enterprise), and logins for admin and agents.
- Connect AI (one-time admin task) — Your tenant admin adds BYOK keys once. After that, agents focus on work, not configuration.
- Turn on the right apps — Agents open the utility and industry apps included in your plan — from document analysis and email help up to workflow and compliance tools on higher tiers.
- Run and refine — Teams repeat workflows inside the platform; results and history stay in the tenant for continuity and review.

Standard platform vs custom integrations
Basic, Standard, and Elite include the full catalog of platform apps for your industry — ready to use after BYOK setup. No separate integration project is required for day-to-day AI work.
Enterprise is for organizations that also need connections to existing systems — for example CRM, carrier portals, listing feeds, or internal databases. That work is scoped in a Statement of Work and built on the same secure platform, so you are not maintaining a second product.

- Hosting your own AI models — you choose reputable providers and bring your keys
- Sharing one login across the whole company — each agent has their own seat within your tenant
