Your company gets one workspace with apps for your type of business plus everyday common utility tools (documents, email, meetings, and more). Who is the platform for?
Industry-focused businesses and the agencies or partners that serve them: teams that want secure document analysis, email drafting, and vertical workflows without building custom AI infrastructure.
What industries are supported?
One industry per company workspace: real estate, life insurance, pharmacy, auto dealerships, legal, medical, accounting & CPA, and home services in the current pilot. Your team gets everyday common utility tools plus apps for that vertical. SeeIndustries.
Do I need technical staff to run it?
Day-to-day use is for your team. A company admin completes one-time AI account setup. EZ4YouTech.com or your partner sets up your workspace, industry, and plan: no coding required for standard apps.
Is this white-label software we own?
No. Clients receive a license to use their company workspace on the shared EZ4YouTech.com platform. Source code and platform IP remain with EZ4YouTech.com unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Partners earn commission; they do not own the product.

With EZ4YouTech.com you use Connect your AI provider account: your organization connects your own paid API subscription with a supported provider (OpenAI, Together, Groq, xAI Grok, and others: see supported AI providers). Training and retention follow your provider account settings.
Why is EZ4YouTech.com safer than consumer AI for a business?
Consumer tools are built for individuals: training, retention, and history are harder to govern across a team. With EZ4YouTech.com you use your AI provider account (your paid provider subscription) and your company workspace. We do not sell your content.
Who controls whether my data is used for model training?
You do, via your AI provider. EZ4YouTech.com routes requests with your encrypted subscription keys. Configure training policies in your provider console. EZ4YouTech.com does not sell your content or train public models on your workflows.
Why do I spend less time (and often less money) than in ChatGPT?
Our apps embed industry context in forms: users fill fields instead of writing long prompts every time. That means fewer tokens per task and lower subscription usage for the same work.
What are guided daily tasks?
Guided daily tasks are multi-step paths for real work: e.g. explain a policy, draft client outreach, generate a send-ready email. You run the first app, tap Continue, and your output prefills the next step. Same path every time; not a new ChatGPT prompt from scratch. Each pilot industry includes 3 daily tasks on Basic, 6 on Standard, and 9 on Elite as apps go live in your workspace.
Where is my chat and workflow history stored?
On consumer AI, history lives on their product. On EZ4YouTech.com, run history and documents stay in your company workspace, scoped to your team logins.
Does EZ4YouTech.com capture or sell my data?
No, that is not our business model. Revenue comes from platform subscription (apps, users, isolation, support). We do not monetize your prompts by selling them to third parties or advertising networks. Confirm any additional commitments in your enterprise agreement if required.

How do I request a demo?
Use Contact to book a 30-minute call or send a message. We show one app live in about three minutes on Secure Document Analyzer, then we answer questions about pilot and pricing.
What happens during a pilot?
A pilot is a guided evaluation on your chosen plan. We set up your company workspace; your admin connects AI accounts; your team runs industry apps and everyday common utility tools. Qualified guided pilots on Growth or Full may have the platform fee waived for 2 months (see Guided Standard pilot). Starter Free remains $0 with monthly limits. See Pricing.
Is the pilot free?
Starter Free is $0 with monthly limits. A guided pilot for qualified teams on Growth or Full may waive the platform fee for 2 months while you connect your own AI accounts. AI usage is always billed by your provider. After the pilot window, choose paid Standard or Elite, or stay on Starter Free. See Guided Standard pilot.
When should we move from pilot to a paid plan?
When you are ready for more users, higher monthly usage, or full history, move to at least Standard. Standard is the default paid tier for daily operations. Guided pilots that end without payment move to free Starter instead of losing the workspace.
Can we stay on Starter after a guided pilot?
Yes. Starter is free with your own AI account. It includes monthly limits on runs, uploads, emails, and history. Most growing teams upgrade to Standard for higher usage, up to 5 users, and full history. See Pricing.

What are the platform subscription prices?
Published list prices:

What is the Founding 50 reward?
List prices stay $0 / $59 / $119 (Enterprise from $199/mo). The Founding 50 reward was offered to early clients under prior pricing. It is no longer shown on the public pricing page. Existing founding clients keep their locked rates per contract. See Price protection.
Do you offer referral credits?
Yes. When our referral program is live, referrer and new workspace each receive one month of platform fee credit (not cash). See Partner program for partner commissions on referred clients.
Is my platform plan rate locked?
Yes. For published Standard and Elite tiers, your list rate is locked for 3 years from signup, then increases by 5% once, then locked again for 3 years (repeat). This applies to platform subscription fees, not AI provider usage. See Price protection and your contract for Enterprise or custom terms.
What is included in the platform fee?
The subscription covers the EZ4YouTech.com platform: tenant isolation, app catalog by plan, users, encrypted subscription credentials storage, document history, plan-based gating, and support for the product. It does not include your AI provider token usage (OpenAI, Together, Groq, xAI, etc.).
What is the difference between Starter, Standard, and Elite?
Main differences are monthly usage limits, app users who run workflows, and history retention:
- Starter: free · company admin + 1 app user · 10 apps (5 utility + 5 industry) with monthly run, upload, and email caps
- Standard: up to 5 app users; 10 apps (5 utility + 5 industry); full history and higher monthly usage
- Elite: up to 10 app users; 20 apps (10 utility + 10 industry when launched); Elite tools include customer support, data extraction, AI Blog Generator, and advanced compliance workflows
Who counts toward the Starter user limit?
Starter includes a company admin (setup, billing, user management) plus one app user who runs daily tasks and apps. Need more people running apps? Move to Standard (up to 5 app users). See Pricing.
How does billing work after pilot?
Clients are billed for the platform plan (monthly or yearly). Company admins can manage billing contacts and renewal status in the platform dashboard. Invoices reflect plan tier and billing interval.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. EZ4YouTech.com support or your partner can upgrade or downgrade your plan subject to user limits and app access rules. Downgrades may disable apps above the new tier.
Are there per-user fees above what your plan includes?
Published tiers include fixed user caps (2 / 5 / 10 / up to 25 on Enterprise). Additional per-user pricing may be quoted for high-growth accounts: ask during sales.
Security & data
How is tenant data isolated?
Every API request is tied to a JWT with tenant_id. Data, documents, analyses, and keys are scoped to that tenant. One deployment serves many clients without sharing workspaces.
Where are documents stored?
Uploaded documents and analysis history use tenant-scoped storage (Azure Blob in USA production; local path in dev). Paths and access checks enforce tenant boundaries.
Do you claim SOC 2 or HIPAA?
We describe an enterprise-ready security architecture. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA certification unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. See Platform → Security and technology stack for IT reviewers.
Is our data used to train public models?
Your prompts go to your configured provider under your account and their policies. EZ4YouTech.com does not sell client data. Confirm training/opt-out settings with your AI provider.
Can we deploy in a specific region?
Enterprise customers can discuss regional hosting and data residency (e.g. Canada, UAE, India) as part of a custom SOW. Standard SaaS runs on the shared platform region agreed at onboarding.
AI provider account & usage
What is a provider account?
Connect your AI provider account: your company admin connects a supported AI provider using a provider API key (OpenAI Platform, Groq, Together, and others), not a ChatGPT Team chat login. AI usage is billed directly by your provider. EZ4YouTech.com does not mark up token costs. See ChatGPT Team vs API key.
Is ChatGPT Team the same as what EZ4YouTech.com needs?
No. ChatGPT Team is for chat in a browser. EZ4YouTech.com runs tuned industry apps through a provider API key your admin pastes once in Admin → Setup. That is a separate OpenAI Platform (or Groq, Together, etc.) billing line, usually modest for a small team. Ask us for our provider setup walkthrough video (Loom #4) during demo setup, or book Contact and we will send the link.
Which AI providers do you support?
Connect the AI services you already use. Your company admin adds one or more API keys in Admin → Setup and sets try-order when multiple keys are configured. Supported router-ready providers (Jun 2026):
- OpenAI, Together AI, Groq, Fireworks AI, DeepSeek, Mistral AI
- xAI (Grok): not the same as Groq
- OpenRouter, Azure OpenAI (custom endpoint)

Which AI services can I use?
Any supported provider your admin configures: see Which AI providers do you support? Your company admin adds keys once with our help; your team picks the service in the app. Usage stays on your provider bill.
Why separate platform fee and AI usage?
You keep full control and visibility of AI spend on your provider dashboard. You choose models (e.g. cost-efficient vs premium). The platform fee pays for apps, security, and support, not tokens.
How much does AI usage typically cost?
It depends on model and volume. Illustrative monthly ranges paid to your AI provider (not EZ4YouTech.com fees):

Who stores our API keys?
Keys are entered by your company admin, encrypted at rest, and used only at runtime to call your chosen provider. They are not shared across companies and are not logged in application logs.
Can we use only one AI provider?
Yes. Configure the keys you need; users pick provider and allowed model in the app UI. You may use one provider exclusively if that fits your compliance or procurement process.
Roles & daily use
What login roles exist?
- Superadmin (EZ4YouTech.com), provisions tenants, partners, plans
- Partner: provisions and manages their referred clients
- Company admin: provider account setup, billing contacts, no user apps
- Agent: uses utility and industry apps per plan
Why can't tenant admins run the apps?
Separating setup from daily use keeps API keys with admins and reduces accidental key exposure on staff devices. Agents focus on workflows; admins configure once.
Can EZ4YouTech.com search MLS or pick my top listings for me?
No MLS search or IDX. You shortlist properties in your MLS, CRM, or PDF exports. EZ4YouTech.com helps you compare uploaded listings, draft remarks, run optional fair-housing review, and generate client email. We augment your existing MLS workflow; we do not replace your MLS login or pull live search results.
What apps are live today vs coming soon?
We ship apps in waves, not all at once on the marketing site. Your workspace shows Daily tasks → Workflows → All apps; only apps marked Live appear onApps. The full catalog grows behind the scenes; we turn on more tools in your workspace as they are ready.
Live today on pilot plans: document analyzer, draft a business email with send, quote compare, client birthday and anniversary reminders on Standard, bulk email and review reply bulk on Elite.
Still rolling out: extra workflow chains on the marketing site, social post tools, and deeper review platform connectors. Plans group access by Basic / Standard / Elite. We augment your existing tools. We do not replace MLS, CRM, or core software.
Can users see usage and billing?
Agents can view AI usage summaries. Billing and renewal are tenant-admin functions. Superadmin and partners see portfolio revenue and client usage in their dashboards.
Partners & referrals
How does the partner program work?
Approved partners market EZ4YouTech.com and provision their referred client tenants. Partners earn tiered recurring commission on paid platform subscriptions, not platform ownership. Details: Partner program.
What commission do partners earn?
0% during pilot until the client's first paid invoice. Then each client gets a 12-month year-one window at tiered rates (individual / business), capped at 35%. From month 13 while the client keeps paying, a flat ongoing token rate applies on all plans. Full tables: Partner program.
Where do partners see live rates and targets?
After sign-in, open the platform Partner dashboard: Plan & Grow shows your targets, year-one commission table, and ongoing token rates. Superadmin can set per-partner contract overrides; your dashboard shows effective rates only.
Do partners earn on client feature requests?
Partner commission applies to platform subscription per the tier table above. Capabilities built from client feedback become product features on the shared platform, not separate professional-services invoices.
Can partners white-label the product?
Not by default. Partners sell EZ4YouTech.com-branded subscriptions under partner terms and the MSA. White-label requires a separate agreement.
How do I become a partner?
Apply via Contact with your company profile, industries served, and expected client volume. EZ4YouTech.com superadmin creates partner accounts after review.
As a client referred by a partner, who do I pay?
You contract with EZ4YouTech.com for the platform subscription. Your partner supports sales and onboarding; billing and terms are with EZ4YouTech.com unless your agreement states otherwise.
Enterprise & advanced plans
When do we need Enterprise?
When you need more users (up to 25), enterprise procurement, or SLA-style support. Elite covers most daily app needs; Enterprise adds the highest seat cap and platform tier.
What does Enterprise cost?
Platform fee: $199/mo or $2,189/yr for up to 25 users. Contact sales for bulk pricing on larger teams. Advanced apps (e.g. Bulk Email Processor) are included on Elite and Enterprise: no separate setup. Client feedback drives the product roadmap; there is no per-integration list price.
Do we get source code on Enterprise?
No. Custom work is delivered on the shared multi-tenant platform with isolation for your tenant. You receive usage rights, not ownership of platform IP.
Can partners sell Enterprise?
Partners may refer Enterprise opportunities; Enterprise plan approval and SOW pricing are coordinated with EZ4YouTech.com superadmin. Partner commission on Enterprise platform fee is 15% individual / 22% business for 12 months when applicable.
