This MSA governs use of the EZ4YouTech.com Secure AI Platform at aiplatformusa.ez4youtech.com (FastAPI API and Next.js workspace UI). It supplements the Terms of Service and, for Enterprise customers, the Enterprise Statement of Work.
Parties
EZ4YouTech.com LLC (Texas) provides the Secure AI Platform. Customer is the subscribing organization. Third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI or Groq) are separate services you connect under Bring Your Own Subscription, not EZ4YouTech.com. Marketing partners (if any) operate under a separate partner agreement. Executed agreements use the full Master Service Agreement and Order Form; this page is a summary only.
Services
- Hosted Secure AI Platform access by plan (Starter Free, Standard, Elite, Enterprise)
- Bring Your Own Subscription routing with encrypted credential storage
- Outbound email from your connected Gmail or Microsoft 365 when you approve send in the workspace
- Optional inbox sync for bulk email processing when the Email Connector module is enabled on your Order Form

Intellectual property
EZ4YouTech.com retains all rights to the Secure AI Platform, codebase, and custom integration modules built for customers. Customers receive a non-exclusive license to use their tenant during the subscription term. No source code is delivered unless separately agreed.
Fees
- Platform subscription fees per published pricing (Starter Free: 10 apps with monthly limits, setup admin plus 1 app user; Standard: 10 apps, up to 5 app users; Elite: 20 apps, up to 10 app users; Enterprise: 20 apps, up to 25 app users; setup admin does not count toward app user limits; guided Standard pilot for qualified teams per Pricing unless Order Form states otherwise)
- Bring Your Own Subscription AI costs billed directly by your third-party AI provider
- Enterprise platform fee quoted separately; new platform capabilities ship by plan tier (no separate per-integration list price)
Data & security
See Privacy Policy and Platform security overview. Customers are responsible for content they upload and provider compliance. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA unless stated in a signed SOW or Order Form.
Liability and AI outputs (summary)
Executed Master Service Agreement Section 2.1 and the AI-Generated Outputs Exhibit strongly recommend human review of all AI drafts. Aggregate liability is capped per the executed agreement (typically fees paid in the prior twelve months). See full templates with counsel before signature.
Term & termination
Subscriptions renew per billing cycle until cancelled. Upon termination, access ends; export procedures as defined in the executed order form.
