By using the EZ4YouTech.com Website (www.ez4youtech.com) or Secure AI Platform (aiplatformusa.ez4youtech.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age and certify that you meet this requirement when you sign in or register.
Website is our public marketing site. Secure AI Platform is the hosted software-as-a-service workspace where your organization runs plan-based AI applications.
Service
We provide the Secure AI Platform: a multi-tenant AI workflow workspace with plan-based features (Starter Free, Standard, Elite, Enterprise). Published maximum app users per tier (plus one setup admin who does not count toward that limit) and guided Standard pilots for qualified teams are on Pricing. Availability may change during pilots and early access.
Workspace roles
Each customer workspace includes a company admin login for Bring Your Own Subscription setup, billing, and user management, and separate app user logins for team members who run daily tasks and applications. The admin login does not count toward plan app-user limits (for example, Basic includes up to two app users plus one setup admin).

Platform subscription fees are paid to EZ4YouTech.com. Bring Your Own Subscription AI usage is billed separately by your chosen third-party AI provider.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain valid subscription credentials and comply with your AI provider terms
- Ensure uploaded content is authorized for processing
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Provide accurate information on lead intake, contact, and registration forms
Connected mailbox and email send
When you connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 in Company setup, you agree that EZ4YouTech.com may send email from your connected mailbox only for messages an authorized user reviews and approves in the workspace. You remain responsible for approved content, recipients, and applicable email laws. Disconnect in Company setup when you no longer want send from the Platform.
If your organization enables the Email Connector module and reconnects Microsoft 365 with read access, you agree we may read up to 25 recent inbox messages per sync batch you start, for bulk processing in your tenant workspace. Inbox read is optional and off by default.
Lead intake and pilots
Submitting a lead intake form or requesting a pilot does not create a paid subscription or tenant workspace until you complete client onboarding (registration, Stripe, and applicable agreements). Pilot, Founding 50, and your AI provider account (bring your own AI provider subscription) requirements are described on Pricing. We may decline or defer registration links when qualification or provider account readiness is not met.
Marketing partners who enter leads on your behalf must have your consent to share your contact details with EZ4YouTech.com, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated outputs
Content from the Secure AI Platform is produced by artificial intelligence using your inputs and your chosen third-party AI provider. With clear instructions, results are often close to what you asked for, but they can be wrong or incomplete. It is strongly recommended that a qualified person review and approve every output before you use it internally, send it to clients, or rely on it for regulated or legal purposes. EZ4YouTech.com LLC provides software only, not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and is not responsible for harm from reliance on AI-generated content, except as stated in a signed agreement with us.

Acceptable use
- Do not violate law or third-party rights
- Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Do not abuse rate limits or security controls
- Do not use the Secure AI Platform to train competing models using our proprietary prompts or code
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ4YouTech.com is not liable for implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ4YouTech.com LLC’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms or use of free or evaluation services shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Paid customers: executed MSA liability caps apply.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ4YouTech.com LLC is not liable for third-party claims arising from your content, your use of third-party AI providers, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts located in Texas, unless your executed MSA specifies otherwise.
