Price protection (3-year lock)
Published Basic, Standard, and Elite platform rates are designed for predictable budgeting—not surprise annual hikes.
- Locked for 3 years — Your plan rate at signup stays unchanged for 36 months (monthly or yearly billing).
- One 5% adjustment — After the first lock period, list price increases by 5% once (not compounded every year).
- Locked again for 3 years — The new rate is guaranteed for another 36 months; the same pattern repeats on renewal epochs.
- Annual prepay — Yearly subscribers keep the rate committed for their prepaid term; the next renewal follows the lock schedule above.
Applies to platform subscription list tiers. Enterprise platform fees and custom integration SOWs are quoted separately. Contract terms govern edge cases (e.g. mid-term plan changes).

What you pay EZ4Youtech vs what you pay your AI provider (BYOK)
Subscription fees below are paid to EZ4Youtech for the platform, apps, users, and support. BYOK means you bring your own API keys — AI usage is billed directly by OpenAI, Together, Anyscale, or another provider you choose.
